Marlene is an experienced Business and Financial Administrator, and a management practitioner, with most of her experience being in the Non Profit Organisations sector, working mostly with national NPOs and civil society organisations.

Memory Mutsaka is a Development Worker with a passion for social justice, equity and helping communities achieve social change and improve their overall quality of life. She is holder of a BSC Hons degree in Administration from the University of Zimbabwe; and a master in Development studies degree from the University of the Free state

Nkosikhona Dibiti is a Media Practitioner with 10 years in communications strategy, media advocacy, social media content production and external media communications tailor made for multi-stakeholders.

Wellington is a development professional and passionate community builder. He is responsible for implementing Citizens Initiate programs within Zimbabwe

Tinashe was born and raised in Zimbabwe, and came to the United States in 1999. Her longstanding humanitarian values made her want to use dentistry as a service to underserved populations. Once she became a licensed general dentist in 2010, she started conducting collaborative dental outreaches, primarily in rural Zimbabwe, but also to Haiti, South Africa, Bangladesh and Guatemala. Now based in Bermuda, Tinashe enjoys traveling extensively, enjoying the various foods and cultures with her husband, Jeremy, and their three wild-haired toddlers.

Sara is a married mom to four children. She is based in Canada. Her Family are her biggest supporters. She is a community organiser and philanthropist with a number of initiatives she has done to help vulnerable communities in Zimbabwe. "We all have something that makes us feel alive, a passionate pursuit that adds a little extra meaning to life,an activity that gives us a sense of fulfillment, of purpose, For me it is the love to help"

Lorine M. TAKARUZA is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who works in financial reporting compliance for a media and communications company in New York. She is passionate about social justice and empowerment. She currently lives in New Jersey with her 3 kids and is an avid runner and reader who also freelances as a writer
