Marlene is an experienced Business and Financial Administrator, and a management practitioner, with most of her experience being in the Non Profit Organisations sector, working mostly with national NPOs and
civil society organisations.

She has demonstrable experience in the maintenance and operation of internal control systems for organisational effectiveness, as well as extensive experience in facilitating micro assess- ments, donor financial reports and partnership management.

She holds a Bachelor of Accountancy Honours Degree, an MSc Management and Finance and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Public Management.
